EXECUTIVE SEARCH & SELECTION SERVICES

  1. Intake Meeting: Our Understanding of the company and search requirement
    • Understand both our client’s business, strategic directions and plans, values, corporate culture and the job objectives, scope and critical priorities of the position.
  2. Industry Research and Talent Mapping
    • Develop a search strategy specific to the client we serve and the position being worked on.
  3. Candidate Assessment and Presentation
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to establish and identify our candidate’s suitability to the role against the qualification requirement (addressing technical, behavioural, fit, personality, leadership and success pattern, among others).
    • Endorse a shortlist of at least two equally qualified candidates for every position for review and assessment.
  4.  Candidate Final Selection and Onboarding
    • Partner with both the client and the candidates during the critical stage of salary negotiation in order to arrive at a win-win approach.
    • Provide assistance in conducting Employment Reference Checks on the identified candidate to confirm career accomplishments, strengths and weaknesses, professional and personal attributes. This includes speaking to peers, superior, subordinates and clients either in an earlier assignment or in the present employment provided this will not be prejudicial to the candidate.
