MARIO T. MANANGHAYA

President & Chairman

Mario is a Certified Public Accountant with post graduate studies from international universities best known for developing senior business executives, Harvard Business School and the Asian Institute of Management. He had a successful career in the accounting profession where he became a Philippine partner of three of the world’s largest accounting firms, namely the former Arthur Andersen & Co (SGV & Co.), former Coopers & Lybrand, and KPMG.

His latest major role is being the Chairman of one of the biggest headhunter, Philippines recruitment company before setting up Leading Edge.

ANTONIO G. PEDRO

Chief Finance Officer

Tony is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the Chief Finance Officer of Leading Edge. Also, he has assumed the Chief Finance Officer role for various local and multinational companies. He was overall responsible for finance, administration, and human resource functions. These companies in the Philippines include KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co., Pilipinas Makro, Isla Communications, and Edward Keller Philippines, and others.

He has completed Management Development Programs from the Nijenrode University in The Netherlands, Columbia University in New York, and Sundridge Park Management Center in the United Kingdom.

JOCELYN G. AREVALO

Manager of Business Services

Jocy is an experienced HR practitioner and Business Development Manager with more than 18 years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategic sourcing, and team leadership. As Business Development Manager she drives revenue growth and cultivates strategic client relationship across diverse markets, ensuring alignment between client expectations and business objectives. She has successfully led recruitment activities for global corporations, managing talent acquisition across all organizational levels in various industries both local and international market. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, client relationship management, workforce planning , and delivering recruitment solutions that support organizational growth and excellence.

Prior to joining Leading Edge, she held executive positions for some reputable company, recruitment agencies and headhunter firms in the Philippines. As a former Recruitment and Business Development Manager. She has extensive experience in different sector such as facilities management, engineering, construction, and manpower services, she works with DMW-accredited agencies and has strong understanding in overseas recruitment process. Her extensive experience has consistently contributed to achieving business target and successfully supported organizational growth and business objective. Jocy is graduate of BS Computer Science from Arellano University and completed the Stepping up to management program at FEU University
