Being a well-established organization with very low attrition, hiring leadership roles is a seldom occurrence, thus their limited experience on executive hiring prompted them to outsource. 

However, the automotive industry is known to have a dearth of executive talent – our client was skeptical that we could deliver. After all, their first executive search partner failed in providing them with a qualified candidate.

With our many years of consulting and headhunting background and experiences, we shared industry practices that were applicable to the client’s current situation. What ultimately made this candidate quintessential was his strong track record and ascendancy.
